We will send a valuer (not a property lister), what is the difference? The difference to you is how quickly you wish to sell your property! Properties at the right price on the Costa Sol are selling, it is as simple as that. We have met vendors who can't understand why their beautiful property has been on the open market for two years and have not had a single viewing, their property was 25% over its real market value and of course it did not attract any viewings! We will advise you of the correct price your property should be marketed at, in some cases you will be surprised, in others you will be disappointed. The reality is that even though working on the basis in which a vendor has a particular figure in mind, this may not match the market value of the property in today's market.

Our valuers are highly experienced when it comes to valuing property, be it a finca, townhouse, villa, apartment or a plot of land to build on. Due to current planning regulations we do not take on plots of land on rustic land unless they already have a legally registered habitable dwelling on title deeds and on Catastro. We will not list any property registered as a Nave, Casa de Apero or any kind of property that is not registered for living in.

Upon contacting us we will arrange for a valuer to visit your property

  • We will carry out individual room measurements

  • We will take photographs of your property of which you can chose up to 25 photos to go onto our websites.

  • The property description will be sent to you to proof-read prior to it going live on our websites.

  • Giving your property maximum exposure with minimum fuss!

    We use the latest and most advanced Real Estate software which means that upon registering your property on our website your property will:

  • Be sent out immediately to ALL clients (ours as well as associated Agents) whose criteria matches your property's characteristics (location, price, size, facilities, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms etc.) The client will receive a window card with your property's details and photos.

  • Your property will be available for marketing to most agencies on the Costa del Sol via Advantez as well as via InfoCasa.

  • In order for us to do our "homework" prior to visiting your property, we will ask you to fill in a brief questionnaire which will enable us to do further research to be able to give you a price as quickly and accurately as possible.

    We will endeavor to send a valuer to as many locations as possible, however, please note that this service is not available in all areas.
